About the Role
Our Children with Disabilities Service offers a comprehensive range of supportive and statutory social work interventions. This includes case management involving Looked After Children, Child Protection Planning, and Children in Need. The new Head of Service is actively engaged in initiatives that enhance transitions and collaborative efforts with SEN and CAMHS. The CWD teams are well-established and benefit from a proactive Head of Service who is deeply committed to the welfare of our children and young people. Staff in this area will manage a diverse caseload and will receive exceptional support.

About You
To excel as a Social Worker in our Children with Disabilities team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate solid social work practice with children and families, possess knowledge in supporting children with additional needs, and hold a qualification in social work registered with Social Work England.
We provide manageable caseloads, flexible working arrangements, and access to extensive training and reflective supervision.
Most importantly, you will share our commitment and enthusiasm for improving the lives of children and young people.
