Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and driving the creation of innovative, seasonal menus that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavors
- Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
