About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Forge Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our therapeutic community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Shift and Schedule
Our Support Workers work core hours from 7am to 10pm, with overnight sleep-ins required (average of 6 per month) and on-call payments made at an additional rate of £40 per day.
