Join Our Team as a Groundskeeper & Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper & Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team at Just Develop It Group. As a key member of our in-house team, you will be responsible for maintaining our commercial and residential properties and grounds to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform general landscaping, grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, weed control, planting, litter picking, and jet washing.
  • Equipment Upkeep: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
  • End of Tenancy Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning and property preparations.
  • Communal Areas: Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal areas.
  • Reporting: Promptly report damages and repairs.
  • Workload Management: Manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Expense Tracking: Track expenses and receipts.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Demonstrate initiative and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in similar roles with a keen attention to detail.
  • Driving License: Full, clean UK driving license required. A company van will be provided.
  • Organization and Communication: Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Location: Must reside within a reasonable distance of Fareham.
