Lead Our Kitchen Team to Success

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to join our team at The Bell at Tong. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation standards
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer demands
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to drive business success and growth
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented kitchen team to ensure succession planning and growth
