As a Sr Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within your defined region. Your responsibilities include driving the Regional Unconstrained Demand Plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, and Product), and advocating for the voice of the customer in Supply Chain decisions.
Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance forecasting parameters, master data, and models.
- Sustain the quality and consistency of regional S&OP meetings.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to enhance our planning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand planning improvements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Excellent analytical skills and excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts.
- Working knowledge of planning processes and systems.
