PPC Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PPC specialist to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022. As a PPC Manager, you will play a key role in driving our clients' digital marketing strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective paid search strategies across Google and MS Ads platforms.
  • Manage and optimize daily PPC activity, including campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy, and daily optimizations.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to plan, report, and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing account management, including regular calls, meetings, and email updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously testing and refining our approaches.
  • Manage client expectations and keep them informed throughout the campaign.
  • Support the new business team with research, planning, and pitches.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs.
  • Experience across Google and MS Ads platforms.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of scripts, tags, and Google Tag Manager is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics, and consumer behavior trends.
  • Understanding of wider digital marketing and its impact on paid media strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and internally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
