Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our paid search efforts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement paid search strategies across Google and MS Ads platforms
- Manage and optimize daily PPC activity, including campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy, and daily optimizations
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including written commentary and insights for clients
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan, report, research, and implement new initiatives
- Provide exceptional client-facing account management, including calls, meetings, and emails
- Stay up-to-date with industry offerings and actively test new initiatives
- Manage client expectations and keep them informed throughout the campaign
- Support the new business team with research, planning, and pitches
- At least 3+ years' experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
- Experience across Google and MS Ads platforms
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Understanding of scripts/tags and Google Tag Manager beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics, and consumer behavior trends
- Understanding of wider digital marketing and its impact on paid media strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and internally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
