Job Description

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our client's team in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on complex UK tax matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tax advisory work, including EIS and share schemes
  • Help with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and tax due diligence
  • Prepare R&D tax relief claims
  • Prepare corporation tax computations and returns for larger, more complex companies/groups
  • Oversee and review the more basic corporation tax compliance function to ensure deadlines are met
  • Supervise more junior members of staff
  • Opportunity to oversee a personal tax portfolio encompassing compliance and IHT planning
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified or qualified by experience with a career background in corporate tax or a mixed tax background
  • Advisory/planning tax experience gained within an accounting firm or tax boutique firm of any size
  • Background developed within a firm of any size environment, from small independent to Top Tier firm background, and looking for a career move offering development and progression potential
