About the Role

SSE is committed to becoming a leading energy company in a low-carbon world. With significant growth plans and a focus on sustainability, we're seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Networks Distribution IT/OT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Owner and delivery teams in translating customer needs into functional specifications, designs, and development recommendations.
  • Lead the elicitation of requirements, planning of implementation, and answering queries throughout the development process.
  • Oversee the delivery of product analysis backlog items across the end-to-end product in an agile environment.
  • Represent and model data and information, develop training materials, and drive the definition of lean business cases.
  • Plan, prioritize, manage, execute, and evaluate analysis work on multiple complex projects and/or critical projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar senior Product/Business Analysis role focused on supporting business-critical/complex systems in a large organization.
  • Ability to assimilate user stories, shape visions, construct roadmaps, and develop investment cases for product development.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
