About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our Networks Distribution IT / OT team. As a key member of our Digital Strategy and Vision, you will play a crucial role in supporting our progressive network owner approach, using digital to enhance social and economic value, deliver a leading experience for our customers, and enable the energy system to support net zero carbon.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible first options available. You will be based in our office, but we offer a range of flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead on work alongside the Product Owner to elicit requirements, plan implementation, and answer queries through the development process.
  2. Oversee delivery of product analysis backlog items across the end-to-end product in an agile environment. Delivery work may include representing and modelling data and information, developing training materials, and driving the definition of lean business cases.
  3. Plan, prioritise, manage, execute, and evaluate analysis work on multiple complex projects and/or critical projects.
Requirements
  1. Experience in a similar senior Product/Business Analysis role focused on supporting business critical/complex systems in a large organisation with a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  2. Ability to assimilate user stories, shape visions, construct roadmaps, and develop investment cases for product development, coupled with experience working in an agile environment and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take ownership of requests and issues from all interconnecting and interdependent workstreams to maintain quality of work.
