About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify needs and risks.
  • Manage potential risks associated with patients' conditions.
  • Assess patients' capacity to consent to treatment options.
  • Ensure all actions adhere to relevant mental health legislation and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Participate in physical intervention training, if required, to support team safety.
Requirements
  • Experience working in mental health services.
  • Experience of prioritizing casework and allocation/delegation of tasks to others.
  • Experience of liaising with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to organizations.
  • Ability to work a 24-hour shift pattern, including day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts.
