About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic nurse to join our team as a Matron for Children's Acute Areas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support our nursing staff in providing high-quality care to children and their families.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient care and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce infection rates.
- Collaborate with other clinical leads and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
- Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Person Specification
