Job Description

As a Junior Art Director, you will contribute to diverse projects spanning print, digital, and video media. You possess a strong understanding of concept development and how strategy shapes creative deliverables. A keen eye for art direction is essential, as is a willingness to embrace various tasks, even those outside the traditional art director role, to support the creative team. You will work under the guidance of a Creative Director.

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Demonstrate a good understanding of concepting and the influence of strategy on creative outputs.
    • Possess excellent art direction/design skills for web, print, and broadcast media.
    • Show aptitude for seeking clarification on project requirements (UX, technology, customer insights).
    • Ability to develop ideas and generate content that aligns with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Comfortable asking questions when unsure about expectations or assignments.
