About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our Residential service in Heywood. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to get to know the individuals we support, understand their needs, and contribute to the development of their person-centred plan. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised support plans
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support is provided
  • Document daily activities and progress
  • Maintain a friendly and professional approach, even in challenging situations
