Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Manager to support our Business Specialists in delivering change initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our BAU and Change teams to develop and implement a leading operational change management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of and Delivery Leads with business readiness to absorb change and drive user adoption.
- Develop and implement a leading operational change management framework to deliver sustainable business and people-related outcomes.
- Ensure Business Specialists understand and keep abreast of changes within the change portfolio, business operation, and regulatory landscape.
- Champion best practice in operational change management and provide expert advice to team members and the project/change community.
- Proven management experience in a financial environment.
- Experience in providing and signing off business requirements.
- Ability to interpret a wide range of information and utilize findings for improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
