About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference & Events Assistant Manager to join our team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and conference & events areas.
  • Lead by example, ensuring brand standards are maintained and the guest experience is exceptional.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities and contribute to the success of the F&B operation.
  • Previous experience working in a busy meetings & events, banqueting, and weddings venue is essential.
  • Restaurant and bar management experience, as well as people management skills, are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage trends and best practices is required.
  • Familiarity with wines and spirits is an advantage.
