Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Connect2SocialWork. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving consistent profit, spotting new opportunities, and leading activities that will grow your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your recruitment expertise to engage top-tier candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on your desk's performance, ensuring you meet or exceed financial objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team and the Head of Business Development to identify leads, build candidate hot lists, and bring new clients on board.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 360-degree recruitment role, with a proven track record of success.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Recruitment CRM systems, including advert management and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to influence at all levels.
- Sales Skills: Well-versed in sales techniques, including objection handling and lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Social Work sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
