Job Overview

Rise Resourcing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the field-based Project Manager and providing office-side support on client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in managing projects from initial brief to installation sign-off
  • Calculate costs from specifications, prepare quotes, and source alternative fabrics
  • Place orders for raw materials, finished goods, and services using in-house software
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with contractors and site managers to arrange site surveys and installation teams
  • Liaise with installation teams to ensure they have the correct products and materials for installations
  • Ensure jobs are processed and completed according to installation schedules
