Primary Responsibilities:The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Overseeing laundry operations
- Handling waste management and recycling
These responsibilities may involve working under tight deadlines and collaborating with multiple departments within the institution. The Facilities Support Coordinator will be expected to perform the following duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Main Duties:- Prepare venues across the campus to meet the required standards for both internal and external functions, including events organized by Charterhouse Enterprises during non-term periods.
- Provide support for examinations by ensuring the correct arrangement of furniture, equipment, and necessary documentation within specified timeframes.
- Collect and process mail from various locations within the school.
- Facilitate logistics on-site, including the collection and disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Manage the supply and relocation of furniture as needed for student facilities or event setups.
- Oversee the central storage and distribution of cleaning supplies to designated areas.
- Coordinate with the laundry team to collect and return items according to the established schedule.
- Operate school vehicles, including the Luton tailgate van, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas to a professional standard when necessary.
The role reports to the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager, and Operations Manager.
Additional Responsibilities:- Participate in all mandatory training sessions, including COSHH, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, and Safeguarding.
- Opportunity to receive First Aid training if desired.

The hourly wage for this position is £12.00. Overtime during weekdays and evenings is compensated at £14.52 per hour, while weekend work is paid at £19.09 per hour.
Working Hours:This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with an unpaid hour for lunch. Occasional work on bank holidays may be necessary to support events.
