Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take charge of a major construction initiative, ensuring effective management and oversight.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
  • Overseeing payment applications from subcontractors
  • Drafting payment requests for clients
  • Evaluating actual spending against budgeted costs through Cost Value Reconciliation Reports (CVR)
  • Compiling final accounts
  • Supervising team workloads

Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for individuals who possess:
  • Extensive experience in high-value construction projects at a senior level
  • Background in Tier 1 Main Contracting for substantial new builds
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC and JCT Contract Conditions
  • Capability to allocate commercial resources and mentor staff across various levels
