Position Overview
The Recovery Services Team Supervisor will oversee a dedicated group of 6 Recovery Workers focused on assisting women with diverse and complex needs throughout the region. This role emphasizes engagement in treatment concerning substance use, mental health, and fostering healthy relationships. Our approach is trauma-informed and utilizes an outreach model to provide the necessary flexibility for women to remain engaged in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management team in delivering contracted services effectively.
- Advocate for the service and promote the mission of We Are With You.
- Ensure that staff members are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization, fostering a cohesive and supportive culture.
Service Offerings
We provide a comprehensive range of interventions, including:
- Needle and Syringe Programme
- Harm reduction guidance and information
- Psycho-social support
- Detoxification and rehabilitation services
- OST prescribing
- Aftercare and employment support
Our multi-agency collaboration with both statutory and non-statutory services enhances choices and outcomes for individuals utilizing our services.
Candidate Requirements
Successful candidates will need to provide references covering the last three years and may be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. We seek individuals who are solution-oriented, professional, resilient, and dynamic.
