Store Manager

At Rituals, we're looking for a Store Manager who can create an unforgettable customer experience and help their team reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll work closely with your Area Manager to put our local business strategy into place and continuously reach performance targets. You'll lead by example, coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience, and define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage inventory, day-to-day operations, and store administration
  • Drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and targets
Requirements
  • Relevant Store Manager experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, and connection
  • Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Essential: 5-year checkable work history
  • Essential: Clean criminal record check (CRB/DBS)
