Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial and insurance-specific legal agreements, including terms of business, service agreements, insurance, agency, and technology agreements.
  • Offer regulatory support to the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams on special projects, driving business growth and success.
  • Support the legal team with disputes, providing strategic guidance and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with upcoming changes in legislation, providing training and guidance to the business on how it impacts their products.

Requirements

  • 0-6 year PQE commercial lawyer with experience working either with a law firm or with an insurance firm.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
