About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legacy and In-Memory Marketing Manager to join our team at the Macular Society. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns aimed at creating legacy awareness, securing legacy pledges, and increasing in-memory donations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective legacy and in-memory marketing strategies to increase donations and pledges
- Analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and ensure targeted and effective marketing activities
- Provide exceptional supporter care and experience, bringing people closer to the cause and encouraging ongoing support
- Lead a team of two experienced Legacy and In-Memory Fundraising Officers, providing opportunities for learning and development and embedding a positive culture of high support and challenge
What We Offer
We have a great working culture at the Macular Society, offering flexible working options, 26 days annual leave (rising to 27 after one year's service), the ability to buy or sell annual leave, supportive family policies, and 6% pension contribution. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.
Working Arrangements
We offer a flexible approach to working in this role, which can be part-time (minimum of 30 hours per week) or full-time, and can be office or home-based, or a mix of the two. The only requirement is that you visit our Andover office in Hampshire on a monthly basis to meet with the team.
