Position Summary
We are excited to announce new openings for seasoned Account Executives with experience in Commercial or SME sectors to join our expanding teams. Positions are available in various locations with flexible working arrangements post-training. The roles will either focus on supporting the New Business division or the Renewals & Servicing team, based on individual preferences and prior experience.
These pivotal roles will be tasked with driving revenue growth and enhancing the profitability of the organization while ensuring adherence to FCA regulations in all aspects of SME insurance. Our Account Executives are dedicated to delivering exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and insurers, handling tasks related to New Business, Renewals, Mid-term adjustments, Claims, Queries, Premium Finance Arrangements, and Issuing Cover Notes.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies as outlined in the Conduct Policies and Best Practice Guides.
- Consistently promote high standards of customer care.
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on products.
- Actively pursue renewal business by re-broking existing accounts to present clients with the most suitable and cost-effective coverage options.
- Encourage the utilization of in-house premium finance options from insurer schemes.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in an Account Executive role within a brokerage environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various commercial insurance products.
- Experience adhering to high standards of FCA compliance.
- Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with insurance IT systems, preferably Acturis.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- High level of accuracy in work.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the capability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance matters.
- Willingness to pursue Cert CII qualifications or already possess relevant certifications.
