Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our specialist Credit Insurance team in West Yorkshire.

As an Account Handler, you will play a key role in assisting Credit Insurance Account Executives and Directors in the day-to-day management of client portfolios.

Your duties will include:

  1. Responding to credit limit enquiries and policy coverage questions.
  2. Liaising with insurers regarding credit limit applications and negotiations.
  3. Securing comprehensive levels of cover at competitive premiums.
  4. Dealing with various stakeholders, including insurers and clients.
  5. Undertaking policy administration tasks, such as creating management information and preparing reports.
