Job Title: Director of Cladding Remediation

At Taylor Wimpey, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cladding Remediation to lead our remediation efforts and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our cladding remediation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the remediation team to ensure the successful delivery of our cladding remediation program.
  • Develop and implement effective remediation strategies and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, leaseholders, and management companies, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and other external partners to ensure the successful delivery of remediation projects.
  • Ensure awareness of political, regulatory, industry-related, and environmental developments that may impact our remediation efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in remediation operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective remediation strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
