  • Daily cleaning duties
  • Changing barrels and cask ales
  • Serving and greeting guests
  • Handling cash and card payments
  • Ordering and receiving deliveries
  • Reporting maintenance issues
  • Coordinating function bookings
  • Staying up-to-date with sports schedules
  • Counting takings and performing weekly balances
  • Managing rotas and team development
  • Stock control and local engagement
