    • Generate insightful commentary, variance analyses, and reconciliation reports.
    • Assist the TSS Planning Manager in managing recharges with divisions and intra-global support, monitoring monthly costs and coordinating budget submissions into TM1 / SAPFC.
  • Support the TSS Planning Manager in the overall preparation of monthly stakeholder packs and workstream review documents.
  • Assist in consolidating forecast and budget builds, ensuring that key assumptions, dependencies, risks, and opportunities are clearly understood and communicated.
  • Provide management reporting for TSS leadership teams and local managers as required.
  • Seek to enhance reporting processes, including increased utilization of TM1 Excel add-ins, SAPFC, and SAP EPM.

Business Planning / Three-Year Plan (3YP):

  • Collaborate with the Technology Practice leadership team to develop the 3YP model and take ownership of the final submission in TM1/SAPFC.

  • Support improvements in financial systems and tools used by the unit, particularly in the use of SAPFC and TM1, including profit center hierarchy, chart of accounts, and forecast/budget submissions.
  • Maintain and update profit centers in SAPFC for Technology as required.
  • Engage in workforce planning by collaborating with TM1 and HR teams to enhance data accuracy, including contingent worker and bonus data, and seek opportunities to improve headcount reporting for stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key member of the Technology Sub-practice leadership team.
  • Directly manage the Senior Finance Business Analyst.
  • Provide quarterly summaries of the Technology Balance Sheet through regular reporting updates from the Shared Services Center, ensuring a solid understanding of accruals and prepayments.
  • Report on ad hoc programs and initiatives.

  • Address team administrative issues and provide feedback as necessary.

Qualifications:
