About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Park House in Bedford on a part-time, permanent basis. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of patients' presentations, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary working to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assessment and clinical formulation of patients' presentation and treatment needs
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of individual and group treatment programmes
  • Direct and support others to carry out evidence-based psychological interventions
  • Maintain CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers

Person Specification

  • HCPC registration
  • Have been fully qualified for at least two years
  • Experience or an evident and demonstrable interest in neuropsychology and/or behavioural interventions
