Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staff are following procedures at all times.
  • Liaise with the Despatch and Yard Supervisors and Team Leaders to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of yard operations on the shift.
  • Collect and dispose of waste packaging.
  • Remove dirty trays and dolavs onto the internal vehicle trailer.
  • Dispose of the drain filter (straw and muck waste).
  • Maintain the flow of waste from the factory exit.
  • Carry out the collection, storage, and dispatch of customer bulk orders.
  • Monitor vehicle cleaning and disinfection.
  • Provide assistance as required with the maintenance of foliage, grass, etc.
  • Carry out environmental daily environmental checks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of tractor driving, garden machinery is preferred.
  • Experience driving a forklift is required.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
