About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work autonomously, delivering evidence-based nursing services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. As a Nurse Prescriber, you will be responsible for a range of clinical areas, including health promotion, chronic disease management, and health prevention.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, working within your scope of practice.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans for acute and non-acute conditions.
- Support the clinical team in the development of individual treatment plans for chronic disease patients.
- Identify, manage, and support patients at risk of developing long-term conditions.
- Provide routine nursing care to patients as required, in accordance with clinical-based evidence, NICE, and the NSF.
- Competitive hourly rate: £44 per hour (Monday to Friday), £46 per hour (Saturday/Sunday).
- DBS disclosures provided via fast track online services free of charge.
- 3 weekly payroll runs.
- £250 training allowance.
- Excellent pay rates.
- Specialist mental health consultants offering single point of contact.
