  • Partner with leaders on deal evaluations and pricing strategies necessary to drive commercial performance, ensuring customer retention and profitability goals are met.
  • Establish best practices within the channel, benchmark successes, and assist in scaling across the commercial sector.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and business development, with frontline sales experience in technology or travel-related sectors preferred.
  • Experience in a global and multicultural environment is advantageous.
  • Sales Operations expertise and experience in the Travel/Technology industries.

  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to influence diverse teams.
  • Solid technical understanding of GDS functionality and relevant industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of key industry products, their functionalities, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain trusting professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; capable of effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles based on the audience; effectively translate strategic imperatives into practical and relevant value propositions.
  • Proficient in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within the account portfolio.
