We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our itison events team for the UK's premier Halloween celebration this Autumn.

At itison, we value the essence of memorable experiences.

We are thrilled to announce the return of our spectacular event, GlasGLOW, for its seventh consecutive year at a renowned venue this Halloween.

With over 100,000 attendees expected, you have the chance to be an integral part of our dedicated team that brings this event to life.

Available Positions

We are on the lookout for passionate and skilled individuals interested in or experienced with large-scale outdoor events. A variety of roles are available that can accommodate other commitments: Stewarding Team Bar & Catering Staff Ideal Candidates

We seek outgoing, passionate, and capable individuals. While extensive experience is not mandatory, a strong enthusiasm is essential. Training will be provided.

You might be: Experienced in managing outdoor or large-scale events Currently employed in the creative sector, with limited shifts available after standard working hours A student, particularly in the fields of events, creativity, or hospitality Prepared to work outdoors, as waterproof gear will be supplied; please consider your comfort with working in varied weather conditions Responsibilities

Regardless of your specific role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that thousands of visitors enjoy their experience each night.

Duties may include: Assisting with event setup and teardown for each performance Ticket scanning, queue management, and box office support Guiding and managing foot traffic along designated routes Addressing guest inquiries Serving at the bar and catering stations Supporting the Event Manager and Supervisors as needed General maintenance and problem-solving tasks Going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience Essential Skills Friendly, approachable, and outgoing with a proactive attitude Practical, sensible, and composed under pressure Committed to delivering exceptional customer service Experienced in outdoor events and adaptable to changing weather conditions Flexible and responsive to on-site changes Dependable, diligent, and trustworthy Additional Information

Working Hours: Varied shifts available
Compensation:
£12 per hour for steward roles
£13 per hour for senior or supervisory positions (discussed during the recruitment process)
Dress Code:
Waterproof uniforms will be provided.
