About the Role

The Chief Financial and Operating Officer is a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team, playing a vital role in the strategic planning and development of ISBA Enterprises Limited. Reporting to the Head of the organization, this key leadership position requires a highly motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to lead the non-educational operations of the school, including finance, estates, human resources, IT, facilities, compliance, and all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the management of finance, estates, human resources, IT, facilities, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of the organization and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to the organization, ensuring sound financial management and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including the Head of the organization, Governors, and colleagues at all levels.
