About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Specialist to lead our Gynaecology Oncology services at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care pathways for patients with gynaecological cancer, ensuring seamless transitions between services.

Person Specification
  • Proven post-registration experience in oncology/gynaecology nursing at senior level (Band 6 or above).
  • Expert knowledge of cancer pathways and national guidelines.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, promoting excellence in patient care and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
