Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Register and qualify new applicants for property sales or purchases
- Manage applicant databases and complete administration tasks associated with property sales
- Assist with various property sale tasks and provide flexible support to the team
- Deal with client enquiries both in and out of the office
- Prepare weekly advertising in conjunction with the branch manager
- Attend and contribute to team/office meetings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in IT
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential
