As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee all stages of the build, from start to finish, ensuring high health and safety standards and achieving a high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sub-contractors and labour force, maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Achieve a high-quality product across 90 units of traditional build houses.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the build process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Experience in overseeing multiple large projects from groundworks to handover.
  • Proven track record of working on traditional build housing projects.
  • Longevity in previous roles, demonstrating stability and commitment.
