Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer and adviser queries in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Proactively identify enhancements to processes and contribute towards their implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers across the International Business and wider group to share experiences and successes, breaking down silos and supporting the positive customer journey throughout all areas of the business.
  • Take ownership of self-development and demonstrate a desire to progress their career within the company.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive approach to working performance.
  • Be open and able to adapt to change.
  • Articulate and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
