Overview: As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing company assets and developing maintenance programs for site Utilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Oversee regulatory and audit requirements for Utilities maintenance, ensuring seamless compliance.
- Manage relationships with 3rd-party contractors, ensuring all necessary documents are provided and maintained.
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) current and accurate for maintenance activities.
- Lead the team to maintain Utilities and systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Utility assets, highlighting improvements in uptime and efficiency.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are met and documented, maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
- Implement Human Resources policies and ensure team performance meets established standards.
- Hold a qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or a relevant discipline (City & Guilds, BTEC, or Degree).
- possess 5+ years of post-apprenticeship experience or 2+ years of post-graduate experience.
- Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, and work execution, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to generate reports and analyze data.
- Hold a 3rd-level qualification in a related technical field.
- Hold IOSH or NEBOSH certification or be working towards it.
- 5+ years of supervisory or technical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
