We are a leading organization specializing in the installation of vehicle adaptations for individuals with disabilities or limited mobility.

Our company is experiencing significant growth and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Operating in a specialized and fulfilling sector, we strive to make independent mobility attainable for everyone by customizing vehicles to meet each client's unique requirements. With over two hundred adaptations available, each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

Due to the continued expansion of our Cardiff branch, we are looking to enhance our installation team by recruiting an Automotive Installation Engineer.

As an Automotive Installation Engineer, you will report directly to the Workshop Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a professional installation service for all products.
  • Traveling as necessary to customer and dealership locations.
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and supportive manner.
  • Adhering to a structured weekly and daily schedule.
  • Ensuring all installations meet the highest quality standards.

We provide a comprehensive induction and training program, along with ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Engineer with a strong background in Vehicle Mechanics, Electrics, and Body Structure.
  • A structured training background or recognized Apprenticeship.
  • Flexibility and a commitment to high standards.
  • A recognized qualification in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of automotive electrical systems.
  • A valid Driving License and willingness to travel for installations.
  • A desire to contribute to the success of the branch.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
