The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work on a one-to-one basis with our clients, providing companionship, personal care, and support with daily activities. You will be responsible for building trust and rapport with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering care that is tailored to their individual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with daily activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Administer medication and document care activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
