Pharmacy Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a community pharmacy setting, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including stock control, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting, preferably with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth through effective strategy development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of NHS pharmacy funding and ability to maximize profit through target achievement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
