Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at our Independent Community Pharmacy in Telford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a busy pharmacy offering a range of services, including essential and advanced services such as NMS, Flu Vaccination, COVID vaccinations, CPCS, and blood pressure checking.
  • Lead a team of around 6 staff, including conducting appraisals and developing strong links with local GPs.
  • Ensure the Pharmacy is compliant with GphC regulations and work with the Superintendent Pharmacist to drive the business and its services forward.
  • Manage a travel vaccination clinic and develop additional services to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • UK Qualified Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years experience in a pharmacy manager role.
  • NMS, Flu Vaccine, and COVID vaccine accreditation.
  • A 'can do' attitude to overcome challenges and enthuse the pharmacy team.

This is a full-time role, 5 days a week, with great support and a well-staffed pharmacy. Additional bonus payments and annual leave are also offered.
