Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced pharmacy professional to lead our dynamic and forward-thinking team as the Pharmacy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, managing the team, and implementing new initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality patient care.
  • Implement new initiatives to drive business growth and improve services within the team.
  • Promote and deliver services within the team, providing a great customer experience within the pharmacy.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in community pharmacy management and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. You should also have a positive attitude and embrace change, as well as a passion for providing outstanding patient care and healthcare in your local community.
