Role Overview

As a Sales Colleague at Currys, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations on our latest technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ask the right questions to match customers with products
  • Make every customer interaction memorable
  • Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay
  • Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store
  • Work across different departments and product ranges
  • Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks
