About the Role

Lemongrass Consulting is seeking a seasoned Cloud Financial Operations Expert to join our Advisory practice. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of cloud financial operations, driving transformative changes that optimize value realization and cost management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Programs:
    • Lead cutting-edge SAP IT transformation programs, analyzing client IT and controlling processes, and providing guidance on the design and implementation of SAP and IT operations.
    • Play a lead role in mapping out improvements to client working practices and articulate the value of those changes.
    • Understand a breadth of technologies across all major Hyperscalers and make use of specialists on the team to create compelling and comprehensive transformational roadmap.
  • Project Delivery:
    • Provide leadership to a team producing high-quality deliverables, and providing crucial input to shape the strategic direction for discovery, design and implementation projects.
    • Demonstrate familiarity with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), ITIL, and TOGAF methodologies
    • Leverage and maximize clients' investments in ITSM tools and frameworks.
    • Support clients in SAP S/4HANA projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis to solution design, technical concept, implementation, testing, training, go-live, and rollout from a Basis operations perspective
  • Transformation Roadmaps:
    • Develop comprehensive roadmaps and interim states for transitioning from on-premise SAP basis operations models to SAP Cloud models for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Practice and Sales support:
    • Support pre-sales activities by creating or contributing to proposals, statements of work and responses to customers questions.
    • Demonstrate and articulate the benefits of FinOps services.
    • Identify existing customer sales opportunities
    • Contribute to the growth and success of our advisory practice by enhancing market offers, knowledge, and overall strategic goals.
