Cualificación de Terapeuta Ocupacional Experiencia previa en un rol de liderazgo similar dentro del Cuidado Social para Adultos Conocimiento sólido de la legislación, regulaciones y mejores prácticas relevantes Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de involucrar y colaborar con una amplia gama de individuos Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de priorizar y delegar de manera efectiva Un enfoque compasivo y empático, con un compromiso genuino de hacer una diferencia positiva en la vida de las personas
