About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Supervisor to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including on-call duties and weekend shifts.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the business, working closely with the Care Manager to achieve key performance targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in domiciliary care or live-in care, with a strong understanding of CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel to customer locations.
